unwelcoming atmosphere lack of attention

the breakfast was good. it had a decent variety of options.

I found the staff to be less than hospitable and focused on their own tasks. They didn't seem interested in assisting guests. there were no special amenities or services for birthdays. most of the staff seemed cold and distantwith an unwelcoming atmosphere. the lack of personal attention was a noticeable issue.

fresh fruit modern equipment clean pool

the room was clean and well maintained. the service was consistently attentive. i found the variety at breakfast excellent. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the gym has modern equipment. i used the treadmill each morning. i really enjoyed the clean pool. i found it perfect for a refreshing swim after a day of meetings.

i noticed limited english channels on the television.
